- Safe Haven assisted over 350 women and children through our Residential and
Outreach programs in 2010 - 2011.

-Alberta Shelters accommodated
13000 women and children in 2006-2007; 27 000
were left without safe accommodation.

- Alberta has the highest rate of Family Violence in Canada and the second highest rate of
spousal homicide.
